GMBSC Ltd was founded by Dr Jon Gawn who has a unique blend of experience and was a former Principal Specialist Inspector of Biological Agents for HSE.

Jon has also been a University Biological Safety Officer and a research scientist in government, academic, healthcare and industrial containment laboratories. He is former Chair of the Executive Committee for ISTR and is a Fellow of the Institute.
